A big thank you to everyone that was on the Saugeen canoe trip on Tuesday in helping Evan and the medics with his heart incident that occurred while on the river. We were so lucky that we were close to our lunch stop, Saugeen Bluffs, when the incident started and with that, the ambulance was able to get close to the river. Any other location might have made the outcome more serious. He is being sent to St Mary’s hospital tomorrow from Southampton for further testing. Stay tuned for updates.
