We are happy to say that after several years of no elections, we can finally hold them this year at our AGM on Oct 18th. Our board members have been working diligently to keep the Club going and function at maximum capacity, while adhering to covid restrictions to keep our members safe.

We have several members on our board who are ready to step down and give someone else a chance to step in and offer fresh ideas and insights.  To that end, we encourage you to either step up yourself, or nominate someone you think would be an asset to the OSSCC Board of Directors.

The following positions need to be filled.

Board positions are as follows:

Note: These positions need to be filled to ensure the future viability and continued, success of our Club: Our volunteers are the heart of OSSCC! Without you, we don’t exist:)

Many thanks and much appreciation to Eugene, Mark, Alberta, Larry and Carol for the many contributions they have made to the Club during their tenure and to the current board members who have decided to stay on.

URGENT! A Single (or Couple) Spot Has Opened For Bondi!

Due to health reasons, someone has had to drop out of the Autumn Bondi Trip, so now there is an opening for someone (or a couple) to join our group.  (The trip is from Sept. 19 – 23)

Please contact Mark Zelinka if you are interested or have questions in the next few days as the trip departure date is less than 2 weeks away and our final Bondi meeting is next Monday, Sept. 12th. This is a wonderful trip up north that promises to be fun, adventurous, and a great way to get to know some fellow Old Salts! If you’ve been on the fence about joining us, now is your chance 🙂
