The Amazing Race ~ Potluck (Reminder)

The Old Salts’ Annual Road Trek/Car Rally and Potluck Social

Date: Tuesday, October 22nd
Time: 10:30 am to mid-afternoon
Starting Point: Meet at Wing 404 parking lot

Invited: Club members, spouses/partners and guests are welcome to attend.
NO prior registration is required. 

Potluck Details: 
Potluck at the final destination.
Potluck items can be transferred to organizers before the teams depart.  
Hot/cold beverages and plates/cutlery, etc. will be provided. 

Format: Teams of 3-4 participants will be formed and start off in staggered departures as quickly as possible thereafter.

Roast turkey and baked ham,
Scalloped potatoes, 
Mixed vegetables, cranberry pecan salad,
Assorted pies.
Cost: $33.00 per person (tax and tip included)
(Spouse, partner or your guest can attend for the same price)

1- Bring monies owing to AGM on Thursday, October 17th (cheque please)

Mark this date on your calendar and plan to join fellow club members as we gather to celebrate another successful canoe season and the end of 2024.

Thank you to the Social Committee for organizing this Annual Luncheon.

Cost: Each person is responsible for the cost of their own meal/purchases

They do not have vegan or vegetarian options on their menu.
