Formerly known as Max Golf (our previous mini-golf location)
Cost: Tax included – Over 65 $12.37 and Under 65 $14.53

No talent necessary

We divide into teams for some friendly competition.

Annual Christmas Get-together

Date/Time: Tuesday, December 3 at 12:00noon
Location: Schmidtsville Restaurant (3685 Nafziger Rd. Wellesley)

Annual Canoe Regatta 

Our Annual Canoe Regatta is Tuesday September 24th at Laurel Creek Conservation Area, 625 Westmount Rd. N. Waterloo.

This is a fun day with water and land games, canoeing around the lake, hiking the trails and a potluck lunch.

Meet at 10:00 at Laurel Creek by the swimming area/reservoir.
Entrance fee is $6.75 for seniors and $8.50 if under 65.

Bring your usual canoe gear, food for the potluck, plate, cutlery and beverage.  The potluck will begin at 12:00.

You do not have to contact Pat or Betty to indicate that you are coming.
Just come and enjoy time together at Laurel Creek.

Paddle, PotLuck and Corn Roast

Trip: Stratford Lake (Avon River)

Easy Breezy ~ Basic Training

COST: $8 (no envelopes necessary)
Meet at the shed to leave  8:30am

Trip Details:
**Bring food to share for the potluck lunch, the corn will be provided**

Car Pooling:
Please make car pooling arrangements before we meet on Wednesday morning. If you carpool, please reimburse your driver ($10 would be appropriate for this trip). If you drive in a different car each way, please reimburse both drivers.

Reminder of what to bring:
Bring food for potluck lunch andplates + cutlery,water/drinks, hat, sunscreen, PFD, and proper foot wear- no flip flops or crocs

Please let the leader know if you are stern or bow.
We also need to know if you are paddling or just joining us for lunch.

If you don’t receive a confirmation by Wednesday night, please contact  the trip leader to make sure you are on the list. 
If you change your mind or are unable to make it for some reason, please let the Trip Leader know asap as this will affect number of canoes required, partners, etc

Discover Guelph with OSSCC April 16th!

Join members for a lovely day exploring downtown Guelph.
 
-Tour of the beautiful interior of the basilica atop the highest hill in town basilica
-Admire the covered bridge – held up without nuts or bolts.
-Wonder at the stoney faces on an 1858 mason’s house.
-Visit gardens of the birthplace of John McCrae: poet, doctor and soldier.
-Stop for a quick cuppa and comfort stop at the Boathouse.
-Marvel at the massive stonework of historic buildings downtown.
Optional yummy lunch at one of Guelph’s many eateries.

Carpool at Wing 404 8:50am sharp (request $5 / person for the guided tour)
Return around 2.15 pm if lunching. Don’t plan anything else – just in case!

(If you need to scoot back for pool training, you can leave after the basilica tour ends.)
