All 55+ outdoor enthusiasts are invited to join us! Although canoeing is our main focus, many of our members like to organize and get together for other activities and events both during and after the canoe season. These include but are not limited to:
Hiking – Details will be posted on the Blog.
Annual Autumn Retreat – Bondi Village, Muskoka. This is usually scheduled around the second week of September.
Christmas Lunch – This event us usually scheduled for early December. Details are posted on the Blog.

Canada 150 Celebration on the Water!
In 2017, The Old Salts Seniors Canoe Club was able to participate in an ambitious project organized by the Waterloo-Wellington Canoe Club to spell out “Canada150!” on Paradise Lake to help celebrate Canada’s 150th birthday. It was challenging, but fun and those who participated were very happy to part of this wonderful celebration!
